We will respond to your request within one month of receipt, in accordance with the rights set out in section 13 of this agreement. 13.11 Subject to Article 13 of the law, information provided in response to a request under your Article 13 rights will be supplied free of charge. Where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive — in particular where it is repetitive — we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or notifying you of the action taken. We may also decline to act on the request.
